The Challenge & Design Strategy

I was privileged to go onto deep work sessions with Stoke team to identify what would become the core of the first version of Stoke’s platform. Together we were able to create an on-demand service that can support the “user to user” approach which is fundamentally different from the common on-demand services we are familiar with the “User to Content/Product” approach (i.e., Netflix).

From a design perspective I was able to lay out a strategy that creates a transparent, intuitive, and informative process. The process focused on highlighting the relevant candidates and their status to allow effective decision-making processes and locate the relevant talent for its business.

Design Research & Leading Principles

I’ve performed a wide and deep research, taking inspiration from social media, market-place, and fin-tech worlds to assist me to plan and design the user experience and interface of the product. the guiding principles were clean, intuitive, “warm” and friendly, making the candidates standout in the platform, and the search process for candidates intuitive and easy.

Experience Design Approach

We had put the focus on reflecting the brand appearance across the product and strengthening the connection between the brand appearance inside and outside the product.
